Project R.I.S.E.

Renovation in Su’u for Education

What is it?

Honestly, we’re just a group of young go-getters trying to change the world one book at a time. This was the first major opportunity we saw to really make a difference in our broader community and we took it! So now, it is not only our first major project but also our first international project!

We have partnered with the Rotaract Club of Honiara to embark on this wild ride! More specifically, a group of our members will be travelling to the Solomon Islands from the 6th to the 20th of January 2025 to refurbish and restock a run down library in Su’u, Malaita at Su’u School.

Why are we doing this?

Bowls for Books

On Sunday the 9th of June, it was time we pulled our weight and tried a hand at our own fundraiser for Project R.I.S.E.

So off we ventured with friends, family and supporters to bowl the night away!

We raised $3500! It was a great success and a whole lot of fun!
